16th Avenue Construction Update
Heads up, Markham! Work is starting this spring to widen and improve 16th Avenue (Leslie St. to Kennedy Rd.) to support growth and better travel options.
As part of this, some tree removals will begin in April but only on York Region property. The work is planned with arborists and timed early in the season to avoid disturbing nesting birds.
