Things seem to be slowing down in Markham. Just a few weeks ago, there was a huge festival in town nearly every week! It’s starting to feel quieter. But don’t be fooled, summer has JUST started! There are still a ton of exciting events coming our way.

Note: Events marked with a “➡️” are not in Markham but they’re too good not to share!

Markham Greek Festival

📍 St. Panteleimon Church, 11323 Warden Ave, Markham

If you’re craving those vibes from a Greek island village (but don’t have a plane ticket), this is the next best thing! Come eat alllll the souvlaki and loukoumades, dance to live music, and soak up the culture. It’s one of Markham’s biggest summer parties and it’s been going strong for over 30 years. If you're still thinking about the ribs from Markham Ribfest, you need to check this out. Smoked is like the ultimate backyard BBQ party (except bigger and with way more flavours).
